A structured research tool that generates decision-focused equity notes from a single ticker input.
Mirgo Equity Researcher is a web-based application that produces a structured equity research note based on a predefined analytical framework. The user enters a ticker, and the system generates a full company memo designed to support a capital allocation decision.
Each output is organized around a fixed structure:
Clear Buy / Hold / Sell rating (not financial advice)
Explicit price target with upside/downside
Market-implied expectations based on the current stock price
Financial history (last five fiscal years plus trailing twelve months)
GAAP-based margin analysis
SEC-defined free cash flow (CFO – Capex)
Base, Bull, and Bear valuation scenarios using FCF-based methods
Identified thesis drivers and failure points
Defined decision triggers
Financial anchoring is constrained to the most recent filed 10-K and, when available, the latest 10-Q to construct trailing twelve-month results. GAAP metrics form the analytical baseline. Free cash flow is defined strictly per the consolidated cash flow statement.
The purpose of the tool is to connect operating performance to valuation and make explicit what the current stock price implies. Outputs are structured to be concise enough to inform position sizing rather than provide broad narrative coverage.
Initial version focuses on structure, consistency, and analytical discipline rather than customization or modeling flexibility.
